What are cookies and why does Avro Energy use them?

My Online Account

Most websites including Avro Energy, use an internet browser feature called cookies. If you’re an existing customer, cookies allow us to add a personal touch to your online experience and make it much quicker to access your account details, for instance. Every time you visit our website a cookie is used to help us gain an understanding how you’re using the site and therefore identify areas for improvement.

I’m Not An Existing Customer, Why Do You Need To Record This Information?

Even if you’re not an Avro customer, cookies can still improve your online experience. If you decide to switch to us by registering online, for instance, we use cookies to store the information that you’ve already given us. So if you didn’t manage to complete the registration form in one go, for whatever reason, when you come back we’ll already have some of your details on record.

Can I Turn Them Off?

You don’t have to accept our cookies, of course. You can visit the site with them turned off, but it will probably take a little longer to do some of the things you want to do when you’re there and you might not be able to use certain sections of the site. And remember, even if you’ve accepted our cookies and decided not to join Avro, any information we’ve saved won’t be shared with anyone else.
